I’ve never tried staking via 2+2 until now, but thought its worth a shot. My name is Oliver, and though I’ve been a full time PhD student in Statistics (just finished), I’ve been playing a lot of live poker on the side, mainly at Borgata and Parx casinos. Though I’ve grinded out a nice profit in cash games (NL and especially PLO), my main success has been in live MTTs. 2011-2012 have been particularly lucrative, with over 62K in cashes.

Next week, I really would like to play a few WSOP/Venetian events, and though I’m confident I’d be +EV in the events, I'm a huge bankroll nit. Hence, I’d like to sell up to 50% for the following package:

Event Schedule:
6/30 - Event 53 NL - $1500
7/01 – Day 1B Venetian NL - $600
7/02 - Event 56 NL - $1500

* If I make it to Day2 of one of these events and cant play the next scheduled event as a result, you'll be refunded for the missed event obviously.


Total Buy-ins: $3600 x 1.15 = $4140

I've known Oliver in real life for 4 years. He's an extremely reputable guy and incredibly trustworthy. We've done multiple stakes/swaps and he always pays asap. As far as tourneys, he's a very solid player with a lot of patience. He does a lot of analysis from tourney to tourney figuring out his mistakes and what he could do better. I can completely vouch for him.

While I have only known Oliver for about a year, it feels a lot longer due to amount of interaction we've had. When I first met him at 1/2 PLO game, he was pretty new to the game but I could tell he had a good poker understanding. Fast forward a couple months, I could tell his game had already improved a lot. Since then, he has had a nice score in a PLO tournament and has become a very good cash player. This quick progression should demonstrate his ability to acquire and apply knowledge in a short amount of time. During this time, he has also had consistently good nlhe tournament results. He is a solid, thinking player who understands deepstack tournament strategy well. After each tournament, he spends lots of time analyzing his decisions in order to improve. He is certainly +ev in these large, soft fields.

Oliver is very honest and someone you can feel comfortable with handling your money. I have never had or heard of anyone having any staking issues with him. I can certainly fully vouch for him.

I will take 1% for now, as I have already spent a good amount in WSOP investments, but I cannot pass up having a piece of this delicious stake.

Hey guys, quick update, in case you havent had chance to read @ollierunner10 twitter. Yesterday, in the $1500, I made it just past the dinner break before my short stack gave way, with about 1100/3150 left (one of the largest fields of the WSOP so far). It was a great experience, and I think I played close to flawlessly. Unfortunately, never could really get a healthy stack after the first few levels (I peaked at 6k from ss 4500).

Notables I played with today included Phil Collins, Matt Marafioti, and Andy Philachak, though overall, my early table draws were pleasantly soft. Definitely saw at least 8-10 players who were complete obvious fish, who you might find at a Borgata $100+20. Though that mightve been luck of the draw, I do think there is a good amount of dead money in these wsop prelims.
