My name is Matt Spina and I am looking to sell between about 25-35% (Final # TBD) of my action for this year’s WSOP which will be my 2nd year playing in it. Last year I did not have a Hendon mob, but after finishing 290th in the Monster Stack out of just under 8,000 players, I was able to get my first entry on the site. It was an awesome experience, and I was very happy I was able to have a profitable series for not just myself, but for the investors as well. I was also 13 away from the money in the $1500 PLO8 placing about 130th (117 spots paid) out of just under 1,000 entrants.

I used to play a lot of cash games on Pokerhost under ilke13handies and BCP under poolplayagrinder. Although I didn’t have a ton of tournament experience, I do have a lot of cash game experience playing as high as $1/2 NL and $3/$6 PLO8/NLO8 with some mixed results.

I have been a member here on 2+2 since 2010 and have been very active in the forums, especially the marketplace buying action from fellow members on here. I have done thousands of dollars’ worth of transactions with regular members on this site with 0 issues in the last few years. I pay quickly when I buy action and have many references that can be listed on here including my former backer Colin aka thePrezence who will vouch for my integrity. I have also discussed some strategy with a reg O8 player on here Andrew AKA Omahaha who can be a reference in terms of my understanding of PLO8. I have a bunch of other references that can post if need be.

Cliffs on why you should invest in me:
- I am a family/married man who won’t be drinking/partying during the events. I value my investors’ money and fight hard in every tournament I play in.
- 0 chance of getting rolled with many references on character and dealings with finances
- Low markup
- I won’t be playing if I don’t feel 100% as it is not fair to both investors and myself
- The wife is staying home allowing me 100% focus on poker!

The schedule:

June 24th Event # 49 $1500 PLO8 7500 chips
June 27th Event # 55 $1500 Draftkings 50/50 (Half of field gets paid) 7500 chips
June 30th Event # 61A/B $1,111 The Little One for One Drop 10,000 chips (I will decide which time to enter and will let investors know)

Total of tournaments prior to mu $4,111.00 rounding down to $4,110.00
MU = 1.1
Total of tournaments plus MU = $4,110.00 X 1.1 = $4,521.00 rounded down to $4,520.00

2.5% = $113.00 (Min)
5% = $226.00
10% = $452.00

***If any event is missed it will be refunded in full with MU. I reserve the right to skip any tournament for whatever reason to my discretion if it serves in the best interest of me and the investors***

***This package is only for a percent of what I cash in the two tournaments listed, and it does not include any bracelets, endorsements, sponsorship deals, or any other money or prizes of what is in the tournament pool. Methods of Payment:
I can accept PayPal (preferred), cashier’s check, or money order. I will be asking for payments early as I plan to pre-register early for these events.

Taxes:
If I have cash greater than $5,000 over the buyins I will need the appropriate tax forms otherwise I will have to withhold 30% of your payout. If you wish to just forfeit the 30% and not provide me the forms let me know either in the thread or via PM.

I am just taking reserves for now. I have already booked and paid for my flight and hotel, so this package is 100% a go! I am probably looking to sell 25-35% TBD on the final # with 20% already reserved.

Just like last year I am going to look to pre-register and pay for these events ahead of time. I am going to look to start collecting the moolah now if you have it. If you don’t just let me know when you will be looking to book it so I can plan accordingly. The whole pre-registration process went very smooth last year which is why I am looking to do it again this year.
