Hey - investor here that is just now reading some of this. Was he on all the rest of the entrant lists other than the two you referenced?

As for the tweets, I seem to recall getting them at weird times.....hours after the tourney, he would tweet that he busted and tell a few hand histories, but definitely not as they happened. Did not think much of it at the time.....does not seem good.

Mainly just got tweets about MMA and associated bets (took him off my twitter this week).

I don't think Venetian gives out official lists. Not being on the official WSOP list is pretty odd, wasn't on the live sharkscope list either.

searched for Venetian lists but couldn't find any. WSOP he is not listed.

Could one of the investors who have his cell plz give him a call and get him to straighten things up? Would appreciate it!

I'm on the list of investors that think something funny happened here. No receipts somehow, not on the official WSOP list, and odd interactions (no interaction) with people he was close to online.

If I did nothing wrong I would want to get my name cleared as soon as possible.

Apparently he called the Rio and they don't have a record of him playing there. He acknowledges that it seems dodgy and that if he were in my position he would be skeptical.

I'm going to go ahead and insist that investors be reimbursed for the wsop event, along with any venetian events he can't provide the receipts for(as far as i know he hasn't contacted the venetian yet to provide receipts for the other events).

I think with the silence that its safe to say he probably didn't play all the events on the list. Pretty sure he took down his twitter page also.

Looks fishy. I think give until Friday for an explanation and if we don't hear back then it's safe to assume it's an underhand move.

We have his real name and I have his cell phone number....will post in the thread if that helps. This is not good....seems like he did not play all the events and owes us some money.

I'd hold off posting personal info just yet, there's a small chance this can be explained and resolved by OP without a large fuss.

My suggestion is that we give him a couple of days to verify things (or at least state that he will be verifying within a certain time frame).

If that's not happening then I have no problem making the issue very public, which is very easy these days.

Thoughts?

That sounds good to me. As of now, he only can prove he played 2 events. I don't know anyone who plays poker who throws away their tourney reciepts since they are needed for tax puposes.

Pretty sure he doesn't have receipts because he didn't play the events. Looks we got rolled on this. We hasn't showed up in a week.
