Hi, my name is Daniel Isaacson and Ive made a somewhat last minute decision to play the WSOP Main event. MY poker screennames are d2themfi on stars/ftp. I play midstakes HU and shorthanded cash for a living(both msnl, and ssplo), and have played >1,000 online tournaments lifetime with >50% ROI in mtts

I have a lot of references in the poker community. I've had a friendly relationship with both 'lefort' and 'learnedfromtv' on here as well as being coached by Learnedfromtv.. I basically never bumhunt, most of the time my sessions involve sitting at HU and playing basically anyone (which you can confirm looking at my stars best friends/worst enemies), and starting 6max/9max tables leaving a table when it gets full unless its a good table. I think that makes my winrates mean a bit more.

I fairly rarely play tournaments anymore, but I still think I'll be better with <50bb stacks than almost all msnl/ssnl guys, and obviously better than all the dead money with them a well

I have little live experience. I played 1 wsop event two years ago in which I qualified when I won a Cake freeroll for a 2k seat. I cashed in that wsop tournament for just under $7k (got 83rd out of a field of ~2kish people)

I am looking to sell off 65% of my action at 1.3-1 markup. Therefore shares would look like this

1%=$130
5%= $650
10%= $1300
25%=$3250

I'll sell in 1% chunks or more. If I dont sell more than 55% of my action, all pieces will be canceled, and I will send back all shares+the markup obviously. If for whatever reason I dont end up playing(family emergency, etc), I'll obviously be shipping everything back to shareholders.

Im american, so for taxes, it is my understanding that if I cash, I'll need peoples real life information. I am not 100% sure how the taxes things work, but to reassure you, I can tell you that Russ Fox is my accountant, so I am very confident taxes will be handled in the best way possible(Russ is an accountant for lots of online poker players afaik)
