Hi all,
My name is Jon Seelbach and I am a 21 year old poker pro from East Lansing, Michigan. I've been in vegas since June 1st and have bricked the 6 prelims I've played so far. I came into the trip planning to sell 50-60% of myself in the ME but after bricking everything and losing several buyins in cash, I would like to sell 70-80% of my action at a 1.15 Markup and I think I need to sell at least 60% in order to play. I understand the variance of tournaments and have not played anything above a $1500 tournament on my own dime so I want to keep my personal investment below $2000 if possible. I know many players in my house selling at 1.2 and 1.25 markups but they are more well known in the online community and have larger samples than I do so I am willing to sell at 1.15 since I have a smaller sample of online MTTs coupled with the fact that the Main Event is only 10 days away and I will be disappointed if I am not able to play it, so I am willing to give investors a slightly larger percentage of my expected winnings in order to be able to play the tournament.
I play as JCSeelbach on both stars and tilt and here are my opr stats:

My largest scores are 6th in the Sunday Million (April 2011) for $50,000, 8th in the Sunday Brawl on FTP in (Nov. 2008) for $6500, and 4th in the early $163 on FTP for $6800 (Mar 2011). I built my bankroll playing live cash games (2-5, 5-10 plo and 2-5 5-10 10-20 nlh) and was easing into mtts online this spring before black friday. I feel like my MTT skills were reaching a new level this spring while learning from nineallday00 (stars), Stanski (FTP), and cball86. Some of my other references dumdum214 and millimeterpeter and 7 year pro and WSOP bracelet winner Dean Hamrick. I'm sure all of these players will attest to my trustworthiness and skill level. I am the type to hunt down those who have loaned me money as I hate being in debt and my reputation is important to me.
I am only able to accept cash in vegas or Bank of America transfers sorry if these options will not work for you.
I have not yet talked with my tax accountant about how staking works with taxes but from reading other posts it seems I will be withholding 20-30% for taxes depending on the size of the win. I will get in contact with my accountant this week to clarify the best way to handle taxes. If anyone who reads has advice on how taxes and staking work please feel free to post on that matter. And I will then be paying investors out as quickly as possible.
At 1.15 markup:
1% = $115
2% = $230
5% = $575
10% = $1150
20% = $2300
Thanks for reading.
