I've been timing my workouts specifically to be at the gym when this hot girl uses the stairmaster in front of my treadmill and because of that I've been able to increase my own cardio sessions by at least 30 minutes a day and cut weight.

I should be arriving into Las Vegas standing at a towering 6'0 and weighing in at around 199lb, down from 220lb just two months ago.
