Most of you know me, but some of my bigger live results include chop of the Borgata spring poker open heads up for $220,000. I also Chopped a €2k EPT side event heads up for €108,000.

Also have a wpt final table and wsop final table: final tabled the WPT Prague for €76,000 and I final tabled a WSOP $2500 full ring event in 2012 (I believe it was event 37) for around $77,000

What I'm Selling For:

WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open Main Event $3500 $3 mil guarantee, should be a pretty soft event, and is one of the bigger events borgata runs.

I will be selling 2 bullets. Most likely will just play 1A then if i bust play again on 1B (there's a bunch of good online stuff on 1A so i might play that instead then just play 1b, which is generally softer anyway, not sure yet, will see). Regardless, this package will be for the first 2 bullets I play.

Total Cost of both bullets Including Markup of ~1.32: $9300

25% = $2325
10% = $930
5% = $465
2% = $186

Min of 2% Looking to sell up to 40% total, but will play on my own regardless of how much I sell.

Payment:

I highly highly prefer cash at borgata.
I can also accept chase quickpay. I have chase, so all you need to use this option is a US bank account.

*This package is for the WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open Main Event; starting days take place on 1/25/15 and 1/26/15

*This package is for the first 2 bullets that I use in this tournament. If I bust all 2 bullets I reserve the right to play a 3rd or more, but that would NOT be included in this package and you would have no claim to a % of me.

*All payments MUST be received in FULL before I sit down at my table on the first day of the first tournament of this package or your action will automatically be un-booked. (this term is void only if I have made previous arrangements to receive payment at a later date)

*I reserve the right to cancel this package at any time, for any reason, prior to the start of the first tournament. I don't plan on it happening, but if I do need to cancel the package you will be refunded in full (including markup obviously).

*I reserve the right to skip any tournament in the package for any reason. Currently, I plan on playing every bullet if needed, but sometimes situations do arise where I get ill or something else happens where I will be forced to not play them all

*All winnings will be subject to taxes. Before being paid, you will need to provide me with the proper tax info for me to pay you out. This includes, but is not limited to: a signed W-9 Form including: your name, address, social security number/tax id number). If you cannot/will not provide this information, that is ok, but be aware that I will withhold 30% of your share (or whatever % as directed by my accountant) before paying you.

*If you are not a U.S. citizen with a valid social security number/tax-id number you are STILL subject to taxes. Depending on your country of citizenship taxes are handled differently. It is YOUR responsibility to be aware of your own country’s tax situation and I urge you to speak to a tax professional before purchasing action.

*This package is for a percent of only what I cash for in the tournament, and does not include any endorsements/sponsorship deals or ANY other money outside of what is in the tournament prizepool.

*Some tournaments offer a prize for being chip leader at the end of Day1, and this player gets a monetary bonus. If the tourneys listed above offer such a prize and this prize is taken directly from the prizepool, then you WILL receive a % of this, if i happen to be one of those places and win said monetary prize. If the prize is NOT taken directly from the prizepool, then you WILL NOT be entitled to a % of this prize.

*(This term does NOT apply to satellite tournaments) Some tournaments give the winner a seat into a future tournament. If the buyin for this tournament seat comes directly out of the prize pool then you WILL be entitled to a percent of my winnings in this future tournament. If the buyin for this seat does NOT come out of the prize pool then you will NOT be entitled to a percent of my winnings in this future tournament.

*This package will be posted on various forums/forms of media. If I sell out, action will be booked based on first come first serve basis, based on the timestamp of the post.

Day 1 was going well, had 60k during last level but ran QQ into AA for a lot right at end of the day, so got about starting stack of 30k going to day 2 and 400/800 tomorrow

sigh, grinded for basically ever today.

got up to 120k at 1500/3k for like half a second before losing AJ vs T9 aipf...busted at 2/4k re-shoving KQ into TT and couldn't get there.

i'll be sending refund for the unused bullet sometime tonight or tomorrow. thanks for the investments
