I am looking to sell up to 40% of my action to the upcoming £5300 Party Poker Millions event being held at the Dusk Till Dawn club in Nottingham from the 18th of April.
I believe this tournament will be of similar softness to the likes of EPT Barcelona. The reasons for this are because of the number of phase 1s that have been held live and online, where players take their chips through to a live day 1, having started with 100k chips for £550 instead of 1million chips for £5300. There have been lots of promotions given out and lots of recreational players are taking shots and have qualified through these phases. There is a £6million guarantee and £1million for first place, which brings a real possibility of overlay and this venue is known for pushing the limits on their guarantees. Some players will have multiple phase 1 stacks going through and will be trying to "spin it up" and will add extra value. Some stacks are likely to be forfeited in this case because you can only bring 1 stack to the live day 2 in Nottingham. Of course the better players will also be turning up since it is a high buy in tournament.
Those are reasons why the tournament will be soft. I also think I am a strong player in the live arena, with 5 scores of over $100k live and several online too:

I have over $600k in profits online, with several big wins and experience in high buy in tournaments, including a $300k win in a $2k SCOOP 8max in 2014. I am in a downswing online at the moment but am still confident in my game.
I have a stack of 1,016,135 from a phase 1 and will be playing 1a with this on the 18th of April. I will also re enter on the 19th of April if I don't make day 2, which will give me a stack of 1million.
For simplicity I will assume it is an even 1million starting stack and will be charging 1.23 MU for the first bullet and 1.19 for the second:
Up to 40% available.
First bullet:
£5300 * 1.23 = £6519
1% = £65.19
5% = £325.95
10% = £651.90
Second bullet:
£5300 * 1.19 = £6307
1% = £63.07
5% = £315.35
10% = £63.07
