I know its ****ed that i have to pay taxes about winnings but its the first time they offer 10k PL08 since i can play in vegas so i want to play it anyways.
but over 50% roi is not that strange in 08 tourneys because they are soft as hell

Just people usually aren't familiar the math. As said you pay 1.2 for .71 of the prizepool.
True over 50 is possible but as said it's a big difference when investor needs 69% to break even (usually want decent edge to make up for the variance and hassle).

Tax situation sucks -- I assume you're Dutch.

As David has said, here's a quick illustration of the math with simple numbers. 100 players, winner take all, no rake. 10k buy in, 1mil to first. You win 1.7% of the time; this would give you a 70% ROI.

Investor(s) pay $6000 for 50%.

1.7% of the time you win and investor gets 0.5*1m*.71 = $355k, for a profit of $349k.
98.3% of the time investor loses $6000.

.017*349k - .983*6000 = +$35

So yeah, breakeven at 69% ROI.
