I am Ashley Warner, a 25yo poker player from Perth, Australia, and I am looking to sell action for the 2014 World Series of Poker Asia-Pacific Main Event. This is my second time selling in the marketplace, though I have bought a few pieces here and there on this forum.

ABOUT ME

I started playing poker in in 2008 and from 2010 I played live cash games as a way to pay my way through a university degree. In 2012 I started playing live tournaments around Perth and Melbourne with some good results over what is admittedly a small sample, including a six figure score at a local ANZPT and a few five figure scores.

Since the 2014 Aussie Mills Main I have had 13 cashes as per Hendon mob with four of them for small five figures cashes in events in Perth, Melbourne and Macau.

THE TOURNAMENT

The tournament is the $10000 Main Event for the World Series of Poker Asia-Pacific. Australian poker tournaments are considered some of the softest in the world, and I expect this tournament to be no different. Because the event is in Australia, there is no tax holding on the event. I won a qualifier from the Perth casino and as such will be playing no matter how much I sell.

Im looking at selling 50% at 1.15 to give us a round number of

10000 x 1.15 = $11500

1% = $115
5% = $575
10% = $1150

I have sold/swapped 23% so far before the creation of this thread, and am looking at keeping at least 50% of myself for the tournament, so have 27% left to sell. Minimum of 1% please.

I play very little online poker and do not keep much money online because of that. If someone wants to pay through Stars I have Oliver Gill (SwoopAE on 2+2, Talerric on Stars) to assist me in collecting money for those who want to pay that way. Oliver has an impeccable reputation on these forums with multiple packages sold, so I am sure that anyone paying this way can trust both Oliver and myself. For full disclosure Oliver has bought 1% of my ME, and I have bought 2% of his AM package.

Have collected from Eli2012 at Crown, and Bra_Val_Fool has sent his bank transfer.

Rupert and Marek have both sent to Talerric, I just haven't run into Oli yet to pick up the money. Marek sent $15 to much (due to sending $115 in US rather than Aus) so will organise to have money sent back.

Other guys who have said cash in Melbourne, no rush, I will be in the room for the Accumulator again tomorrow and the $2k on Saturday.

Still haven't had a chance to catch up with White_Rabbito, OMGClayDol and SwoopAE yet in person, will do that over the next two days I would assume. At this point I am likely to play Day 1A (Sunday) to give myself an off day before Day 2 as well as playing on a weekend which should provide a more desirable field of opponents.

Thanks for offer fakelogic but I have sold 2% privately in that time and will leave the last 2% for swaps on the day, ensuring that I have at least ~50% of my self for the event.

Anyway playing today we have just started good luck us

Two levels down start bank 30k I have $14k

First table was amazing but I was on the bad side of two cold decks to move down to 16k and then have folded since.

Im now on a tougher table il drop an update on dinner break in three hours time

Unfortunately busted early on level four shoving a flush draw on the turn vs an unfortunate turned two pair.

Will give a full writeup when I get to a computer but unfortunately its GG for us
