About Me:

I’m a 24 year old economics student from Toronto and I’ve been playing poker semi-professionally for the past 4 years. I started off playing cash in the Toronto underground scene for 5+ years and switched my focus to online mid-stakes MTT’s.

In the past two years I have over $300K in online tournament cashes playing small to midstakes online and 18K in live tournament cashes (credited to my hendonmob). I play under “annouzac” on stars, and “9Tofdiamonds” on 888. I’ve played 10000+ MTT’s online since 2013 and have a ROI of ~37%.

Live Experience:
I have plenty of live experience and feel extremely comfortable in a live MTT setting. I’ve made multiple day 2’s and a couple final tables over a very small sample size.

Last spring I went to Montreal for 2 weeks to play the WPT Spring Championship $550 NL, $1100 NL side, and $3800 Main. In the $550 (50k uptop) I made Day 3 and ended up going out in 17th/550~ for 2K~. Then I played the $1100 (53K uptop) and final tabled it 3 days later went in as chip leader but was really unlucky to go out in 8th. In the Main Event I ran it up to 90K on Day 1 but lost day 2.

I also travelled to Vegas last summer to play a few small tournaments and final tabled a 2-Day $500 Venetian DSE and came in 7th for $5000 (35K up top). Then this summer I went again came 15th in a $235 rio daily for $3K (50K up top). I also played the little one for one drop again (made day 2 went out near bubble) and the WSOP Main Event and made it to Day 3 until some Brazilian spazzed into my AK < A7o, but it was an awesome experience.

I am an active member on PocketFives and Runitonce and have made many friends in the poker world from travelling the live scene the past year and half. I am a student of the game and I am constantly looking to improve my game and fix my leaks.

Aside from selling 15% of my WSOP Main Event action I’ve always played on my own dime and I have never been backed (but I’ve gotten very lucky swapping %’s!). I will be providing updates on twitter, where I can be followed @annouza.

fakelogic: I appreciate your interest, so I will keep it in mind, and look at those payment options and how easy it would be.

the_snail03: The fall classic is usually has the biggest turnout of all playgrounds big events. Last year for this same event there were like 850 players and $517K for first. There are some notables that show up but the field in general is extremely soft and consists of mostly local Montreal and Ontario players, the cash games are buzzing during these events and as a result it's mostly cash game players taking a shot at a big tournament. I don't mind you taking the rest as long as you send a few days before, I don't need to cash out the money before I play but just wanna make sure I'll have time to sell out incase you backed out.

Guys remember this is a CAD tournament so you'll be paying roughly 10-11% less than a USD tournament. I will lock in the rate later for those paying US. Otherwise I'm pretty sure you can exchange to CAD wallet in client and ship CAD funds on stars.

November 20-22 are the Day1's, I'll be playing Day1 B or C, so next Friday or Saturday.

Hey guys I drove down last night, were playing Day1B today

Rough last few levels, bagged 31K, Day 2 is Sunday.

Had some tough tables all day, first 3 levels down to 25K I was missing everything and just waiting for good spots to come, level 4 I get it up to 45K by level 5 I'm cruising between 50-62K until the last two levels of the night.
