Okay, so my question is pretty simple for some of you that already got the answer, but what's better to just min raise or raise 2.23x as a standard raise? Don't forget talking about mid stakes specifically.

It depends. There is no general answer.

Both could be correct right? But depends on what? Like which factors should I be looking to decide to either raise 2x or raise 2.23x ?

Are there antes? How often are the blinds/button defending? How aggressive is the table? What position are you in? What's your hand?

But I'm talking if I'm going to adopt a standard raise for balancing purposes, never change the sizing at least pre flop to make harder for it to read. Under those circumstances what should I choose, and what factors if it's a situational thing should I be looking to make that choice?

Really depends how good the BB is as to what is better. I'd 2.25 as default though.

I heared that anything else than 2x, even 2,03x is psychologicaly better, and it can be, at least vs unaware recreationals.

might wanna consider stack sizes, position, players behind

Don't think either is "better". If you minraise you will get into more postflop situations which can be better vs bad players. In an even field one would prolly adapt to a bigger preflop raise to deny opportunities for good players behind to make low risk high award plays.
It just depends.
