Stats : 41/10/5 for 40 hands, flop donk bet 2/6, turn donk bet 2/2 and no river info. Should i raise AI on the turn? Do you find fold on the river ok?

This hand is pretty much a mess.
I'm not sure why you're raising the flop donk lead. Our ace high will be good here a good amount of the time, plus I don't see too many worse hands than ours that will be calling our raise, so raising is basically pointless. Why not just call and let him continue to keep betting into us with worse hands?
Calling the turn is fine, although raising for value here would probably be fine as well if we're dealing with a spewy opponent (which is more than likely the case judging by his line he's taken up to this point).
I have no idea how we ever fold to this river bet judging by the rest of the action in the hand. It's pretty hard for him to have any Kx hands in this spot, and I'm sure he rarely has many 7x hands in his flatting range. Plus, if he actually does have 7x here, he'll probably want to be checking the flop on such a dry board to induce action from the pre flop raiser. The same would be true for a hand like 44. I don't think I ever find a fold in this spot. Our opponents line makes zero sense. I'm sure there are rare occasions that we're beat, but more often than not, this just looks like some random fish clicking buttons with no justification behind it.

    pre fine
raise over donk lead usually wins in these spots, so no issue and you're repping a reasonable range.
J turn is interesting when V donks again. call and raise both seem viable. probably like the call. not sure what better hands fold or worse hands call if you raise at this point. not an equity denial kind of spot.
K river and V jam is suspect. V has the 7 here sometimes, but he's now seen two potential scare cards fall to counter your repped pair range. i'm looking to history and his high donk propensity suggests that a call should at least be considered given history.
