$110 Live tournament, currently 8 handed. Blinds 50/150/300

Utg+1 Hero(35K) raises 700 Q10
Utg+2 Vill (29k) raises 2100
folds round to hero, calls.

Villain is around 60+ and seems relatively quiet and seems a tad spewy.

Flop (4.9k) AKJ
check, Vill bets 1200, hero raises 4100, vill calls 4100

Turn (13.1k) K
hero checks, vill bets 4k, hero calls

River (21.1k) 2
hero checks, vill bets 5k and has 17k behind.

My intention on turn was to c/c turn and river, but when he takes these sizings does he ever have a boat? so whats the play on riv?
Also do we peel this pre?

Think I would just shrug call off vs that river size. I like everything else.
