Blinds: 400/800 ante 100

Hero just moved to brand new table. no reads on any opponents.

Stacks:
Vill: 50bb (40K) Hero: 40bb (32k) BB: 25bb (20k)

Vill (MP) raises to 2k, Hero(button) 5h3h calls, BB calls.

Flop: 2d3d4h

BB checks, Vill bets 4k into 7.5k pot, Hero thinks and raises to 9k, BB has 18k (22bb) behind and there are 20k in the pot. Any big draws, BB would shove here, but BB just calls. Vill folds.

Turn: 5d

BB donk shoves his last 9k into 30k pot. Hero stack left: 21k (26bb)...??

I would fold pre and raise larger on the 3-wheel-card flop. Turn is close, but I would call. You have 4 outs and occasionally this is a stop-and-go.

i agree with folding Pre. Just tryin to impress few buddies on the table. i didn't wanted to 3bet big and rep a draw and get C-bettor to shove with TT+ range. So i 3bet small to rep 43s, 22:44.

Are 3 wheel flops any diff than 6h7h8d?

An ace has a straight draw on a wheel card flop.

On the wet flop, you could be raising large with most of your raising range. The small raise looks a little strange and could be a set or straight or something, but not sure opponent will read that. Can't see how TT+ doesn't shove anyway.

I would fold or 3b pre, obv fold is better but 3b isn't terrible if you play well post. A small raise size otf will only encourage him to call lighter not fold more because it's a weird line. I dont think hes ever folding an overpair here regardless of raise size.
