Villian1 is UTG+2 and makes it to 800, Im in the cut off with A

and I just call to see a flop. Villian2 3-bets from the button to make it 2150, Villian1 folds, I was pretty sure this was a big stack/position raise, plus this is a very good squeeze spot, so I snap all in, Villian 2 tanks for a little and ends up call with QJ, he spikes a Queen on the flop and I'm felted
Did I have enough fold equity to just make him call it off with any 2?
Should I have waited for a better spot?
I shouldve just opened 3-bet shoved preflop on villian1 and maybe villian2 wouldve folded
