Assuming BB is 800... I would open about 1800 to 2000 and then decide if I got shoved on or 3-bet. Almost definitely calling UTG+2 and CO shoves barring reads.

Also, it matters if there are antes or not - I would make it 2000 with antes.

agree with mr.rick about the 2 to call

you open (1600/2000) utg with 20bb so if they raise you, they do want it all in and they do have a strong hand, so i would fold if someone else is raising you
