I was playing the Sunday Million earlier and encountered a problem that I`ve never been able to surmount: playing big hands such as AA preflop when the stacks are really deep. If I put in a standard 3bet, which is going to be small relative to the stacks, then I feel like what little I`m gaining by charging my opponents extra to continue, I`m more than losing in negative implied odds since I`m communicating to my opponents I have a strong hand and if they flop their set or whatever then they can take me to value town; so I win a small pot or lose a big one. I realize my 3bet below is unusually large, but how much would you 3bet and how would you proceed generally postflop? Would you go for 4 streets of value if the board isn't wet?

yea its about not overplaying your big pair and knowing when to fold.

Here you sizing is too big, just 3x or so the inital raise and go from there

^^ This
I think when the blinds are so small, it is usually a mistake to just call and trap pre-flop, so you should definitely 3-bet for value. Your sizing is pretty bad because almost no hand will continue with this kind of action, and the hands that do (KK mainly) will probably 4-bet anyway if you apply standard sizing.
On the flop, play poker. You shouldn't be ready to get your stack in in any circumstance here, by far. If you are able to fold in the bad spots, you will definitely realize much more equity by 3-betting pre. Balance your pre-flop 3-bets with some lighter 3-bets to maximize your value in those spots.

+1 This is the right size, and if you end up them both folding so be it, and be happy you're picking up 6bb; you don't have a license to win big every time you have AA

I'll change this for you when I get to my hotel. Moderating on a phone isn't easy.

OK thread title has been changed to be more suitable.

Bet sizing should always be an adjustment to effective stack sizing. Here I'd recommend something like 13-14 BB with what ever hands you want to squeeze with.
