What is our plan according to our stack size and position vs different ranges? What hands should we 3bet shove All In, 3bet/call, 3bet/fold or cold call?

IMO:
15bb: we should only 3bet shove All In or fold our whole range from UTG+1 to BTN. Should we 3bet shove even hands that have +0.05 chipEV or we have to stick to something around +0.25 chipEV?
20bb: personally I would do the following:
vs 13-16%: 3bet shove All In 99+ ATs+ AQo+ KJs+ QJs (maybe also 66 55 A5s A4s). I would also 3bet/call QQ+ and 3bet/fold 9 combinations of AJo, to balance my range to 2:1. Should I replace some AJo with KQo or A9s-A6s?
vs 17-20%: add A9s, KTs, QTs (maybe A3s and 44) to my 3bet shove All in. Add JJ to my 3bet/call and some AJo KQo A8s-A6s to my 3bet/fold.
Should we always fold 88 77 ATo KJo K9s vs these ranges? Do we have a cold calling range?
How should we change or strategy on CO vs these ranges? Do we have a cold calling range? How about 88 77 ATo KJo K9s?
BTN: I think we need a cold calling range here, but what could it be? AKs A8s-A7s KQs QJs JTs 88 77?
3bet/call JJ+ and 3bet/fold some AJo KQo A6s (should we cold call some of these?) And 3bet shove All In TT 99 AKo AQ KJs KTs QTs
25bb: I would always 3bet or cold call with this stack size. Comparing to 20bb I would would fold 66-44 QTs from earlier positions add TT 99 AK AQs to my 3bet/call range A5s A4s to my 3bet/fold range, cold call AJs ATs, KQs, KJs, QJs, JTs, 88, 77 (will also cold call A8s A7s KTs QTs on the BTN.
