M-red, UTG limper, what's your EP shoving range? M-red, UTG limper, what's your EP shoving range?

Live $110 MTT. 157 entries, ~30 remaining. Typical (??) blind structure that has even the average chip stack a short stack.
Hero: ~38,000 stack. I believe my image is irrelevant (one opponent on the other side of the table recognizes me for having won this same event two weeks earlier, but he didn't openly with me about it).

Blinds/antes are 2000/4000/300.

UTG calls (my perception of him is timid, more tight reads than loose ones. Hands he has raised that got to showdown were premium, otherwise he wasn't raising preflop).
I look down at KJ in UTG+1.

I am not concerned with the strength of UTG's hand, because he didn't raise. I believe that if I shove, then I can get him to fold. If you asked me to range him, I'd say he has 22-88, A2s-A9s, AT-AJ, K9s-KQs, KJ-KQ, QJs, JTs. But I feel confident that he is folding almost all of his range almost all of the time vs a shove.

1) Hero decision? Easy fold or easy shove?
2) Given this M in the red zone, what is your shoving range?

44+ A7s+ A5s-A2s ATo+ K9s+ KJo+ QTs+ JTs is unexploitable from your position with 4m, so maybe slightly tighter with 4.x m. If utg is folding 100% or close to that (which seems likely in a liveament), you can go wider with the better price. Also people at least in my experience with low stakes live tournaments tend to call tighter than optimal as opposed to looser, so you can shove wider than nash in most cases.

KJs is obviously a clear shove.

That's what I thought, guys. I probably shouldn't question myself as much as I do. I shoved, thinking it was the obvious correct play. One seat behind me reraised all-in with AQ, and he held up with A-high. The UTG limper folded as I suspected he might. Oh well. Better luck next time.

It's an open shove, so it's an easier shove if the limper always folds. If you suspect the limper is trapping or will call the short stack light, then it could be a fold.
