$500 buy in with $200 bounties at Maryland Live. Hero is late 20s with headphones and a backpack, playing my first hand at the table after my previous table broke. I have ~65K from 25K starting, and we're in level 8, which is 300/600-100.

V1 is the SB, an African American woman about my age, also with headphones, on ~50K. V2 is an older white guy with ~30K on the button.

I'm still unloading chips out of my rack and I open 8s9s UTG to 1400. V2 three bets the button to 4100. V1 cold calls from the SB, I call.

Flop:

9d4s2s

Checks to V2 who bets 10000, V1 check min raises to 20000.

Always folding?

What he said. If your going to fold that flop then there was not much point calling pre.

given you're never folding to her turn shove, check min raise again to 30K and have some fun with it.

You do pretty awesome if they both have an overpair. Not so great if one has a bigger draw and the other has an overpair.
