Live $250 - Best line pre-flop with 22bb

Hi All,
Looking for some feedback on the optimal line in this spot in a live $250 event.
Blinds: 75/250/500, about to increase. Early in a moderate size event.
Table with stacks and reads.
4 folds
HJ: Hero (11.5k) AJo
CO: 17k - hasn't gotten out of line
BTN: 12k - VERY spewy after a cooler
SB: 25k, no reads
BB: 35k, tighter rec
With 23bb here and an aggressive ante structure, what is our best line here?
1. Raise 2-3bb and fold to a jam from anyone but BTN?
2. Jam
3. fold
Appreciate any thoughts on this spot since this was a tough one for me and I am not sure I made the best play.

It's an awkward stack size for sure.
I tend to open shove more than some people here, sometimes going to 20BB, but 22BB is too much imo.
Min raise. Certainly calling a button shove. Probably folding to shoves from any others.

If you reads are correct and you trust them then obvisouly if someone from the tight-no out of line players shove you have to fold.
23bbs is the bottom line i think and you obviously can open.
Tournament is turbo or normal ?
