2nd hand at FT, 10 handed. Villain is a good regular live plr and is 2nd chip leader with about 60bb. He is generally cautious and tight but can make moves. We haven't played together much in this tourney but know each others play. I am generally TAG. There are two short stacks about 9 to 10 bb. I don’t care about getting in the money but want one of the first three spots. 8 spots pay with first at about $2,500.

Blinds 2,000/4,000 with 500 antes. Villain utg raises 2.7x. All fold to me. I have 18bb in the SB with TT. BB and Villain have me covered.

With your stack TT is about as good as it gets, have to go with it.

If you don't care to cash clearly a shove.

I'm with them. You have to shove here (and you probably want the call!). Even though the raiser was UTG, more often than not you're either flipping here or you've got him dominated. I hope it went well!

Well, after the 2.7x raise w a 60 bb stack, and only 16 more bb to call your all in- still leaves him w about 40 bb, and in good shape if he loses. W a 64% chance he has at least one over card, you could just fold and go after the smaller stacks. Either way, there is value in either move considering it's only $2500 up top.

Never folding 10z with 18 bigs. Shove it.
