there is a limp in front of you and you are pretty deep(read: lots of BBs) so u want to build the pot IP, the shallower your stack gets[less BBs(20-30)], the less you raise(2x-2.5x), but plz in the beginning of the tournament raise more than 3xBB if there is a limp infront of you, you can even make it 900 from the sb if you were oop

well, in llsnl, i raise 5-10x preflop depending on the amt of limpers and the action at the table. in mtts, i've generally stuck to the standard 2.5x.

Pre-ante, depending on the blinds, 2.5 to 3x is fine. But with a limper in front of you and deep stacks, you need to make it at least 600. You don't need to go bigger then 700 in my opinion, but you are opening the door for a lot of people to call with marginal hands by raising so little. Post ante, 2.5 should be the maximum that you raise (I like 2x-2.2x depending on table dynamics) in an unopened pot.

800 pre after limper, if they are major stations i'll go more. River is yuck and probably a fold. I like the flop/turn sizing vs his range.
