Just started playing this tourn. Don't know many of the players. Im running 40/30/27 only 31 hands in. Mainly due to cards, spots etc, w/e. I had 3b his utg open an orbit earlier, and he folded. So prob viewed aggro, getting mostly folds pre, and haven't had to sd
One sig pot, I had c/r T74ddh flop w 98hh, after opening 2x from MP and getting minnied from LP, followed through on turn and had to c/f river.

Thoughts on turn and riv sizing ?

Dont see lots of merits of having wide 3b range utg-utg at this stage pre ante.

Sizings postflop is a mess in particular ott.
Not in love w/ river bet either, you dont have enough bluffs yet and you dont maximize your ev by betting small vs Kx.
other hands potentially bluff c/r rather than call. Planned to b/c?

why are you 3 betting 5 high when a guy opens UTG to a full table? Id go bigger on the turn and riv

3b here is prob slightly -ev from us being +1. From MP-LP, I think this is fine/+ev as part of a 3b range when stacks are fairly deep. I think the later he opens, the worse this exact hand becomes to 3b

I think flop is std. What are your thoughts on turn ? My thought was to b/c river, I didn't think V would call off a river bomb w Kx, unless he still had AK exactly. I think we still have 99+ in our range, along w a few K, and some hh.

Don't think any thinking villain will x/rip(call) this river with worse so unless hes whale b/c is super thin to say the least.
