I think that min4bet vs shove is quite irrevelant, I did it only because in FR fields, it usually rep a little stronger in such spots so there is a small chance he could fold hands like 77-99

Any more thoughts on the ICM question? I am still really unsure about my move here due to the significant gap between 9th and 8th place

So you think someone will fold your min4bet? I guess not. Shove!

any competent player will just gii with same range he wanted in most of the cases... and u dont want him to fold lets say AT/AJ or whatever which he might fold on this action. u want these hands calling 4b shove.

i understand your ICM concern but we gotta take this spot in my opinion. there isnt some ultrashortstack on the table, and we need those chips. if we fold AQo vs sb 3bet then we will be overfolding so hard in this spot. if SB was active then ripping in AQo have a lot more sense,he will 3bet u lighter probably etc. u can always flat the 3bet also, but I would rip it in vs this 3bet.

Might be a good spot to open limp. Gotta accept that there are icm spots where big stack can just get out of line and we can't do much about it. Think 4b shove is a bit optimistic as played.
