109/25k, 10 left

Pay jump is 465$ to 550 to 660 from 10th to 9th to 8th, 5.9k to 1st. At other table, 2 smaller stacks are ~62, and 61k. We have been pretty quiet since the 2-table break, lost half our stack w AJ>QQ, and have had to r/f 2 addlx, if that factors into our decision here. All 3 options r/f, limp, shove all should show +c/$ev, although couldn't run this exact spot in HRC..thoughts?

Sounds like an easy shove, with extra incentives from all directions.

The payout structure doesn't reward you much for finishing 8th vs. 10th, so you can ignore the (puny) benefits of playing super-nitty and trying to outlast the other two small stacks. By contrast, doubling up here gives you a much better shot at the bigger payouts. Even risk-free capture of the blinds is a step forward.

Your own recent history makes it highly likely that if you open small, one of the bigger stacks is going to blast some aggression your way -- either preflop or postflop -- and try to force you to abandon your hand. Their ranges might be huge, but your hand isn't quite awesome enough to punish them unequivocally for their aggression. Instead, you'd be stuck in the misery of call/fold one more time, and that's not the way you want to finish this tournament.

Make use of the limited folding equity you've still got, baby dragon, and breathe your own remaining flames at them. They might fold 33, A4s, etc. in the face of your shove. If they call you ... just hope you win the flip.

Shove is unexploitable (as long as you mixing up w/ some AJ+, 77+), but every option is viable here (depends on your table)

I think r/f seems terrible here with your stack. Shoving seems like the best play here.

Typically, I don't like to shove this deep. However, the with the BB and his high aggression stats, facing a shove would be a sick spot, as I think you'd probably even have to call off against his range.

Shoving is profitable and it is probably the least volatile of your options.

And since shoving is profitable, folding is out.

So I think shove and open to 2.2x are both viable options, but in this case shoving might be better.

However, against a more passive group, I would open to 2.2.
