Alright guys here's the breakdown of what I'm trying to accomplish: a stable, long term group that has similar goals and objectives: becoming winning HS MTTs players with proper roll

I want to keep the group small, because larger groups break down more quickly (I've been in a few of them dedicated to cash games before, ran from training sites like card runners, deuces cracked, pokerpwnage).

Conditions to apply (all are mandatory!)

1) At least 2k MTTs played in 2010-2011. A double digit ABI ($10-$99). A positive ROI for <$55 buyins (so if your overall is negative but it's because you've taken out-of-roll shots to Sunday Majors or FTOPS for example that's fine.)

2) Fluent in English, preferably from the US/Canada (due to time zone constraints) but if you're an Euro that likes to stay up every night and grind we might work with that

3) Have skype (working microphone), teamviewer, HEM or PT for hand review

4) Be willing to put in volume griding, and willing to meet at least twice a week for review and strategy sessions. We might also include text-study, video-study (ie we all watch a video from a training site and talk about it afterwards.)

5) LONG TERM commitment. I want this group to be formed with people have want to commit to MTTs.
