It's a very hard spot because of the weirdest line ever. First of all, I would bet more OTF against two villains and drawy board and less OTT, but it has already been said.
Finally, his ch/r OTF, considering his image, represents many hands including FD, QJ, tarded play of KQ, etc. However the same play OTT is cutting his range rapidly into probably KK (still hard to think he may have it), TT and even quads with 44. Having said that, it'll be really hard not to get it in and I don't know what I would do-just wouldn't want to be in this spot tbh
