I'm shopping around for games around my new home in September. I intend to play mostly live MTT/cash. I noticed that most live tournaments have a re-entry/late-reg period during the first hour or so.

My impression is that this is very different from a rebuy tournament, because players only have 30 hands or so during which to rebuy. Still, should I be budgeting significantly more money for these tournaments?
