i'd fold, utg+1 seemed on the tighter side so his opening range may contains something like 77+ ATs+ AJo+

Yep, but maybe slightly tighter, I'd do 88+, AJs+, AQ+ against UTG+1 that doesn't open so much from EP. I guess we're almost out of fold equity with 11 BB, so we need a decent equity to compensate.
