It's tempting, given Villain's stats. His level of aggression is pretty ridiculous, and I can see wanting to slap him around at the right moment.

The problem is, what are you representing on the turn? I've got a really hard time seeing you having come this far with 22 or 44. Your line so far doesn't really fit KK or JJ either. Even if you have KJ, calling the flop and open-shoving the turn doesn't make much sense.

As a result, it's hard for me to see you making this move with something that beats Villain's Kx or Jx ... if that's what he has. It's much, much easier to put you on a spade draw -- which happens to be your exact situation. Sitting in Villain's seat, this sure looks like a semi-bluff. In that case, Villain won't fold Kx to you. He might even call with Jx.

In those scenarios, you're behind either 2:1 or 3:2, even with all your potentially winning draws.

As played I think your line is fine.

against those stats I'm tempted to just jam ontop the 3b during late reg acr structure-- these are still re entry right?

Yeah I'd stick in the chippies pre if it's still reentry.
Like Riverdood said, what value can you show up with here? If you can construct such a range, then sure line is fine. But tbh your line can't be a massive mistake with this particular hand in this particular spot.
