b/fold 3200 and chk back seem like the two best options and i think its close

You have to protect your hand: bet 2/3 OTF instead of 1/3, what is terrible vs 3 players in that board because you are giving them great odds to call and bet ~60% OTT again. I guess the best line OTR is bet/fold but I'm not sure about this.
