Oh boy, way to rep nothing.
Loads of options here, but raising flop is really not optimal. TT is in your 3b get in range pre so that's gone from your post flop value range as is to a certain extent AA. Just peel flop and bet turn when checked to. It's more credible.

I prefer fold PF, but 3bet is ok to me too, in flop I prefer only call and revise in turn.
