Hi there , utg playing uber tight so far , what's the best decision here?

Readless this is a fold. He's not 4.5x/folding with 11 bbs is he?

He is playing too tight so far , he's not folding with 11 bbs when he opens that much..

Calling range here should be KK-AA only.

Shipping range should be about 1010+.
