big 162 preflop vs UTG raise

OR is a crushing german MS-HS reg.
UTG+2 is moorman and BB is another gud reg.

we are readless. OR running like 16/12/6 over 75 hands.
I was running 14/14/3 over 35 hands on this tbl.

Obv don't flat. I'd just fold. You could 3-bet as a bluff but I don't really like it, I doubt he's opening that wide with Moorman to his left and a bunch of good reshove stacks behind him.
