Villain is a bad nit fish playing 15/10 over 300 hands once he plays a hand hes doing super questionable plays.

Should we consider checking turn?
Do you fold turn?

As played I think that's a fold.

I think that's a flop not to CB on because that flop has hit his range quite well and if he calls your CB with sets, two pair, overpair, FD, SD etc than your're way behind but if he calls with gutshots than its a little better.

The king obviously helps you on the turn but if he then check raises with sets, two pair, overpair, Flush, Straight than your toast.

However on the turn around 30% of his hand is a FD. And you said he has done some super questionable plays so if you think his check raise includes gut shots than you can call.
