We can balance our turn raising range in this spot with Jxhh, or Axhh right ?

This looks like a pretty clear 3bet pre flop vs CO open and BTN flat.

On to the actual hand. The SB flatting range often ends up being very specific, and nowhere near as many combos compared with flatting in the BB. You just won't have hands like J8s here, but could maybe have some A8s. That being said, when you do flat and get three to a Broadway boards, you don't really want to have a raising range until the river. This is because you simply don't have as many of the good hands relative to the opener.

Putting to one side what cards SB should have here, your balance could come form the cards you could have.....two pair or a set?

Or maybe from the size of your raise.
