This hand takes place with 56 left and 54 paid in a very soft live $280.

Aciton folds to hero with 20bb UTG+2 and AQo at a 9 handed table. Stacks behind are in the 15-40bb range with one rec having a 80bb stack in MP. Many pots at the table are going postflop with 3-4 players. I have a solid reg on my direct left and the player with 80bb sizes big and calls a high % preflop and is overall very fishy.

The money bubble isn't significant to me in a monetary way, but obviously I'm playing to make money.

What's the most +$EV play?

Raise and decide. I wouldn't diverge from your normal open sizing but on a sticky table like described you should prob be going 2.5x+ as a standard.

Shoving is fine and unexploitable on a chip EV basis. Jennifear has it as a Nash shove for 9.7% range.

Now whether that is optimal given all the other factors including ICM is debatable and table specific.

What shoving does do is get the mid PPs to fold (instead of 3 bet jamming you) as well as stuff like JTs that might flat you in late position and cause you grief OOP.

The worse you are the more you should shove.
