Flatting preflop is okay, but not great, since your opponent is opening in early position on a <20BB stack. You're not getting the right odds to setmine and could end up getting stacked against a higher overpair on boards that are 7 high or lower. So because of the reverse implied odds, mucking is generally better, especially if they haven't been particularly active.

If they've been really loose, you could 3-bet/call.

But as a standard, fold is best.
