I think I can go bigger otf, anywhere from 18.5-21k, but as played, fold otr? Not sure what my bluffcatcher is otr, and my range is quite one pair heavy when I take this line. I don't have any reads on villain, and I'm not sure whether he has hands like A8hh/J9hh for value and AJo for his bluffs. I think it's safe to assume he will always have AQhh AJhh and AQo. Thoughts?

Too tight. And no he really doesn't. He's flatting an EP raise in EP. Many of his hands he peels pre are suited or are pairs.

Natural bluffs are AQo, not sure if he is peeling AJo but that would fit in there as well. QJs should bluff as well I believe.

I just had a look in Flopzilla. And it seems like a check on that flop is best. After a bet and his call top pair and a made flush make up about 70% of his hands. And by the river its similar with approximately 20% ace high hands.

Yeah your right there aren't too many one heart hands but a few, obviously depends on what you think he'll call with. JJ-77, AKo-AJo

I think we can bet/fold turn and river.

I like also cc flop and really dislike turn sizing don´t think it acomplishes much and you´ll face very tough river decisions when flatted while don´t gathering much info about your opponents range.
