Call is ok but at <20BB I prefer a shove here.

He should be pushing very wide here, and you'll get folds from things like A6o and 77, as well as have good equity with things like KJ that might call.

Well villain's never folding 77 and hands like A6o are probably ripping pre most of the time.

Flat is optimal as you can bluff out some villains Ax on flushdraw/3xx/dry flops, jam is profitable

Yep, but you have a small sample on V so i donīt think is reliable. (i stopped using a HUD for some time now)
Depends on how you/V played so far (dynamics,Heroīs image,cbet tendencies etc.) and what strategy he used from SB.
Obv flatting and see 3 ainīt that bad either, like i said, depends.
