Early stages of large MTT. Both Hero and V have roughly starting stacks ~150 BB.

V in EP opens to 3x, folds around to hero with AJ on BTN and I make the call. BB calls. 3 to flop

Flop (10BB) - K87
BB checks, V bets 7BB, Hero calls, BB folds.

Turn (24 BB) - T
V bets 19 BB, Hero thinks for a while and calls.

River (62 BB) - 3
V checks, Hero ???

Main questions:
1) Should I have raised on the flop/turn? I do like to play my draws aggressively instead of just passively calling but not really when I think V is strong and I think he has a lot of K in his range especially when he barrels turn.

2) Should I be bluffing river when I brick out? i felt inclined to because I had already invested 1/5th of my stack, but maybe sometimes you just need to give up? I decided at the time I could plausibly have 2p/set or J9 or 69 (though less so) on the BTN and if I bet big it would be hard for V to call with just a pair of K. I was a little bit hesitant though because I thought my line of call-call-bet on brick river just looked too much like a FD, and that I would have raised turn if I did have 2p or straight.

I ended up betting between 2/3 and 3/4th pot on the river.

Spoiler:
V snaps me off with KQ

guess if i'm V, my train of thought would be.... you flatted the flop after flatting pre... you didnt 3 bet pre, so i can discard AK from your range... after flop, you still flat, so i'd discard KQ-KJ-K10.... no scare card on turn or river keeps board really dry... i'm putting you on flush draw or straight draw, either with or without non-king pair... so ya, i think the call, call, bet line smells of a busted draw badly...

sucks when those big draws miss

I think you hit the nail on the head here.

I still think I like c/r the flop and continue on all turns/rivers. This does one of two things. It grows the pot for when you do make a hand and it makes you the betting aggressor and on future streets when you do bet it can make villain fold a better hand. A king is certainly in villains range here, however, I think by c/r the flop, betting turn and river it's hard for them to continue with hands like KQ, KJ, etc. Considering you do have a blocker to AK this hand is less likely and I'm not even sure villain would call every street with that.
