Hero- 33k SB 30 y/o white male. Somewhat recognizable weekend warrior that plays tourneys approx 10 weekends a year the last three years with a loose aggressive image to most of the regs. Bought in at the last break for like 42 bigs (25k). Been super card dead for 2 hours but did wake up with KK and reshove 20bb over a v1 open 4 hands ago and got a walk in the BB.


V1- 50k HJ Young, loose aggressive eastern euro female. Shes definitely a tournament reg but I've only been at her table 1 other time before this. She has a bracelet and isn't clueless. By far the most active player opening pots in the 2 hours hero was at the table.


V2: 100kish BUTTON Older white man. Seems like a typical tight passive tourney rec. Down from 140k since hero sat down. Has 3b folded once but it was against a stack that covered him.


Blinds going up to 800/1600 in 9 minutes.


Folds to V1 in the Hijack:

V1: raises 3k

V2: 3b to 7800

Hero: has 77


In game: I 4 bet all in pretty quickly with the thought process that the 15k if I get 2 folds is pretty huge moving forward in a fast structure. Also I thought its a flip with some dead money at least half the time I'm called.


I thought about the hand later and Even though he's on the button I think V2 probably is nutted in comparison to my hand often. Hes almost always 3betting 99-AA and I I think if he looks down at KQ, KJ he's probably just flatting.

Thoughts?

Yeah, this has the feeling of an excellent move against V1, but a big mistake against V2. Let it go.

So the tight passive 3 bet the LAG? Yup no question this is a snap fold.
