This is a small $33 on Carbon. Final 3 tables but still 9 or so from the money.

No Limit Hold'em Tournament T400/T800
Buy-in: Late Night $33 - $3K Gtd [Deep] (86485460-1)
Merge Network
6 players
Formatted by pokercopilot.com: Poker HUD for Mac and Windows

Stacks:
UTG - Hero (T15,496)
MP - MP (T82,034)
CO - CO (T11,089)
BTN - BTN (T40,560)
SB - SB (T53,229)
BB - BB (T19,617)

Preflop: (T1,680, 6 players) Hero is UTG with A A
Hero raises to T1,600, 4 folds, BB calls T800

Flop: 3 2 4 (T4,080, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: 5 (T4,080, 2 players)
BB bets T4,000, Hero?

I think it's a good spot to check back flop but it put me in quite a tricky spot on turn. It felt like a weird spot because I'll have a ton of Ax in my check back range otf and villain still pots anyways so it feels like he's going for max value with a 6. But, if I fold all my hands with an A in them, I'm pretty much folding my entire range, which seems really bad when I see people doing all sorts of bluffs out of the big blind.

So, what's your plan here? Does anyone call turn and fold river or is this just a fold now or call down spot?

Bet flop and go from there. You said yourself by checking back here it puts you in a bad spot and I think we still have good equity in the hand.

I think against a BB defend range on this flop AA is way ahead of most hands and it's better to give villain a chance to catch up/take a stab on later streets. There are very few bad turns with AA, even a 5 is usually not a bad turn card and it's a nice spot to put some value hands in our check back range. I would c-bet other pairs up to QQ here though most of the time.

Agree there is not many bad cards 4 us, but i cant imagine better spot to stab since it hits bb range so hard and you can expect some moves from your OR. As played never folding turn.
