I'm UTG QKs with 10bigs. Push/Fold chart says this is a shove.

Shove or fold?

Mod - can you move this to mid stakes tournament? I couldn't see how to delete.

You need to post more information about the spot. This is way too general for us to say if its a jam.
Can't be bad on either way usually so just do what you think its right/how you feel like.

10 from bubble can be very close to bubble (100+ paid) or very far. 10bb can be small stack (average 30+)or big (average less than 10bb). Shove is rarely bad, folding can be.
