depends a bit, but qq+ sometimes ak seems reasonable. problem in this spot is your 3bet is already (super) strong, and when he 4bets (instead of shoving) it looks really super strong. pbb wouldn't even get in queens happy. spot is obv a lot different if positions and stacks are different.
