I'm not sure if villain would be making this raise with any king here (except AK) as it would fold out weaker hands and keep in stronger hands. However, if villain is holding AK, then it would be hard for his villain (in this case, you) to fold some broadway kings. We can't rule out sets yet either. The sizing sets the pot up well for a turn shove.

Without any information, it has to be a fold I think. The best you could hope for is getting to showdown against a random 9. If villain is aware, he'll realise that a random 9 would be no good a lot of the time and make an attempt to win the pot on later streets.
