12k to start. Built up to 44.5k. Middle stages. 500/1000/100a. Played versus two in this hand.

Button is a middle 60's white woman in dewdrop glasses. Very nitty, plays for big pots with her value hands she deems as unbeatable. Has 27k behind after calling my Hijack open to 2400.

Big Blind is a late 30's middle eastern man in a track suit and shades. He's done nothing but play weak passive to this point. Has 40k behind after calling my Hijack open to 2400.

I hold 66 and there's 8600 to the flop.

The flop is a dream. 565. I'll cbet this most of the time expecting they think it misses me and often floating with two overs plus 44,77,88. I gotta think they're 3b w 99+ at this stage and stacks.

BB checks. I cbet 4400. Btn folds. BB calls. 17400 to the turn.

Turn is another dream. An ace, no suited cards. 565A. There's a lot of aces in both our range. If he checks I can barrel most of the time and get a 2nd call.

What he does next surprises me. He donks 6000 into what I thought was an 18k pot.

Why? This board is effing bone dry. Ax is in check call mode. 5x is unlikely, but possible. If he has 55, effing oh well. Bluffs are unlikely but possible. I very much think his range is 5x and bluffs. So that leaves me with three options and I wanna know which is best, because I seek to get all the chips in the middle here.

A) Flat & let him hang himself river

B) Make a small raise so there's a bit less than a pot sized shove on the river should he just call

C) Shove turn and put him to a decision for his stack

A,B, or C what say you?

EZ flat IP. He probably has a 5 or some weird A. Just call and let him hang himself. Don't give him a chance to fold.

Call turn, jam river if he bets again.

Thanks for the reply pp. If I'm actually correct that he has 5x or bluffs, I think an argument can be made for B, small raise.

Suppose I'd opened w AJo and he has say suited 54 or 75 or A5, wouldn't a small donk ensure he's getting value on all streets versus my perceived range? Also, a lot of live players get ag w top pair broadway kicker. His sizing looks weak and with the board texture it blocks nothing. Isn't it possible he's trying to induce a raise, so he can 3bs?

These are all questions I was asking myself while trying to decide. I'd eliminated C from the mix. Figured it folds him out too much of the time.

You're not particularly deep and you have the board sewn up. Your calls also become stronger when you just flat.

Agree with the flat IP, shove river if he bets. He calls with 5x, easy game haha

Flat this in position and shove over any river bet. He always has Ax here and thinks he has the best hand
