MP is possibly wider tho? i think part of the value here comes from MP (and possibly others) calling off worse pp.

for +eV i think you paste the hand into sngwiz and simply select icm calc yes? (sry, my database has blown up, so can't do it here)

Obv shoving is perfectly fine and makes the hand easy to play, but I don't think you can rule out the LP and CO flatting again if you make it like 31k.

Especially a guy running 17/6 that you say is bad, he could easily have a hand like 77, 88, 99, TT and decide he's not going to fold it for 23k more. Not sure he's ever calling a jam for 110k more with that kind of range.

With ICM is 3 bet fold to UTG ( good player not going to get it in with less i would say ) / 3 bet call others ( dont think LP or CO have QQ+ here ever) a good option.

I am not sure Jamming here is $EV+ although it probably is cEV+
